DW - Fez Toss

One of my fave shots of my Eleventh Doctor cosplay at Anime North 2011 (Friday night).

Let me just say that I LOVE the Eleventh Doctor. Matt Smith plays a wonderful edition to the series and he's got that sense of childish charm that's refreshing and at the same time play a 900+ year old time lord LITERALLY. (Just rewatch the scene where he talks to little Amelia near the end of "The Big Bang" and take a look at his face and especially his eyes.)

I was walking around the Doubletree hotel in search of a panel room when I came across a photobooth who was offering their services to cosplayers and buying their photos. Obviously, I hopped on and had a blast posing for the photos.

Unfortunately, my bowtie came loose in the photo, so yeah...that's why you can't see it (it's hidden under the jacket). Let's just pretend that the Doctor went hunting around for a new fez and got into a scuffle...and is trying to look a bit more formal with his suit buttoned up. ORZ.

Also, I LOVE MY FEZ. I bought it from a eBay seller from Egypt, so yeah, it's an authentic fez. YUS.
